Pair, full to large margins, Pos. 4-5, former with double transfer, tied by bold blue pen strokes on 1845 folded letter from Albany to New York, light red "Albany N.Y. Nov. 11" ds and matching "10" handstamp, indicating the Albany office did not recognize prepayment, with red "PAID" in arc struck at New York to indicate acceptance of provisional postage, some wear along file fold near bottom,
