Hise Commission Merchant, Memphis embossed corner card, slightly trimmed at top and top flap reattached, Fine appearance, Warrington was captured by Federal forces on May 10, 1862, the datestamp was taken and used by army field office until November 1862, with 2009 C.S.A. certificate not mentioning the nature of the "roving" Warrington datestamp, Scott Retail as No. 5a on cover
