According to the Neinken book, Plate 12 originally contained 99 Type I and 101 Type II stamps. Only one position is known to have worn at both top and bottom causing Type III (46L12).

With copy of 1978 P.F. certificate. Scott Catalogue does not list combination pairs from Plate 12. Scott Retail as pair of Type II and pair of Type IIIa.
