Pkt. 46 Mar. 1" debit datestamp, red Aachen backstamp, blue manuscript due markings, 24c stamp with some discoloration and cover restored at right, top right corner and back, Very Fine appearance, prepaid for the 37c Prussian Closed Mail rate but over the single-rate weight limit and treated as unpaid, this must have been sent prior to May 1863 when the rate via Prussian Closed Mail was lowered from 37c to 35c, ex Gibson, with 2010 P.F. certificate
