Original gum, barest trace of hinging, radiant color, crisp impression, choice centering with wide and balanced margins, Extremely Fine Gem, ex "Scarsdale" and "Hanover", with 1982 and 1999 P.F. and 2004 P.S.E. certificates (XF-Superb 95; SMQ $1,450.00), the highest grade awarded and only two others share it.

Original gum, barest trace of hinging, radiant color, crisp impression, choice centering with wide and balanced margins, Extremely Fine Gem, ex "Scarsdale", with 1982 and 1999 P.F. and 2004 P.S.E. certificates (XF-Superb 95; SMQ $1,450.00), this is the highest grade awarded and only two others share it.

A DIFFICULT STAMP TO FIND IN SUCH SUPERB CONDITION, THIS HAS BEEN AWARDED THE GRADE OF 95 BY P.S.E. -- THE HIGHEST GRADE AWARDED TO DATE.
With 1982 and 1999 P.F. certificates. With 2004 P.S.E. certificate (XF-Superb 95; SMQ $1,800.00). This is the only example to achieve this grade. No Mint N.H. stamps have been graded.
