Beautiful centering with well-proportioned margins, intense color and proof-like impression, unobtrusive strikes of oval registry cancel, Extremely Fine Gem, this is the most difficult denomination of the series to obtain in such choice condition -- it was the last to be issued, it was issued in limited quantities, and the margins tend to be narrow, with 2005 P.F. and 2009 P.S.E. certificates (XF-Superb 95; SMQ $700.00), this is the highest grade awarded to date and only two others share this grade
