Perfectly centered with wide and balanced margins, face-free cancel, Extremely Fine Gem, with 2003 P.S.E. certificate (Superb 98; SMQ $675.00), only one has graded higher (at 100) and three others share this desirable grade, the certificate notes this is on laid paper but we have never heard of such a thing on this issue
