EXTREMELY FINE MINT ENTIRE OF THE 3-CENT PINK ON ORANGE 1861 NESBITT ISSUE.

This is a rare entire, especially in this choice condition. The UPSS Catalog states up to 12 may exist, though we feel it may be rarer than that. Both UPSS numbers (84-85) under the Scott U37 umbrella are unwatermarked. We offered the size 10 entire in our previous Venn sale.
