Size 7, knife 20u, watermark 1, unused, fresh and Extremely Fine, this is by far the rarest size and knife configuration among the five UPSS listings under the umbrella of Scott U54, the UPSS Catalog states only three mint entires are reported for No. 113, including one with stains, this fresh example is an underrated rarity due to the common knife 24 examples that are the basis of the Scott listing for U54, ex Barkhausen with his backstamp, with 1990 P.F. certificate, UPSS value
