1861-68 Issues, Domestic Covers. Collection of more than 175 domestic covers, this is the large balance of the 1861-68 collection from the B. 1861-68 Issues, Covers to Foreign Destinations. Exceptional collection of more than 220 covers to foreign destinations, this is the large balance of the 1861-68 collection from the B. Clyde Hutchinson Estate and contains a great many attractive uses with a huge variety of frankings, collection is organized by region and includes (counts are approximate) England/Scotland/Ireland (19), France (17), Germany/Austria (34), Switzerland (12), Spain/Italy/Portugal (10), Belgium/Sweden/Norway/Holland/Denmark (11), Canada and provinces (55), Mexico (9), Caribbean/Cuba (21), South/Central America (30), Australia (5), China/Japan (2) and Hawaii (3), Mr. Hutchinson was a specialist in the 10c Green issue so most contain at least that stamp with many mixed frankings with other values to 30c, condition is a bit mixed but most are Fine-Very Fine or appear so, very few truly faulty covers are present, overall an exceptional collection filled with multi-hundred dollar retail covers, a strong basis for expansion into the 1861-68 Issue, see our website PDF for a complete scan, our estimate should prove conservative as it only averages $68 per cover
