VERY FINE. A RARE ORIGINAL-GUM EXAMPLE OF THE 6-PENCE HALF-PENNY SCARLET VERMILION.

The 6-1/2p is notorious for tight and/or touching margins and is generally found without gum and faults to varying degrees. This is one of those rare exceptions. The last original gum example we have offered in our auctions was over 20 years ago.
