Sale 1253, Lot 136, International Vending Machine Company2c Scarlet, Ty. I, International Vending Machine Co., Perforated Approximately 12-1/2 (320b var). Strip of four, original gum, three right stamps Mint N.H., left stamp faintly hinged, all four with small pencil initials at bottom, brilliant color and well-centered for this difficult issue which is often found with perfs cutting into the design, Very Fine and rare strip of four, the International Vending Machine Co. installed their machines in post offices, using the 2c Shield stamp with their own 12-1/2-gauge perforations, these coils were replaced with government coils in July 1908, with 1982 P.F. certificate, Scott value for two hinged pairs
