FINE-EXTREMELY FINE. A FRESH AND BEAUTIFUL BLOCK OF THE 2-CENT GREEN LITHOGRAPH, WITH TWO MINT NEVER-HINGED STAMPS. THE BOTTOM RIGHT STAMP IS A GEM.

A Power Search review found many blocks of four of this issue, but nearly every one we have offered has a fault, hinging or both. This sound block is a notable exception.
