VERY FINE. THIS IS THE EARLIEST DOCUMENTED USE OF THE 1868 24-CENT F GRILL. AN OUTSTANDING COVER TO PERU.

The Scott Catalogue lists January 5, 1869 as the EDU for Scott 99. This November 30, 1868 docketed cover completed its trip to Lima before 1868 came to a close.
