Canal Zone, Desirable Holding. Nearly 100 items, many of which were purchased individually at auction, numerous singles, blocks and errors cataloguing in the $200.00-$1,000.00 range, with some over $1,000.00, better singles include No. 3 (on cover), 47 (two unused), 67 unused, set of the unissued 1924 Coat of Arms, and two sets of the 1941 Air Post Officials, blocks include unused Nos. 2, 4-8, 57 (block of eight), 58-59, 67, some used blocks and plate blocks of the United States overprints, also better booklet panes, a good portion of the value is in the many errors and varieties, a little duplication present, some have the usual tropicalized original gum, largely Fine-Very Fine, a valuable group, a few with certificates, the catalogue value approaches $50,000.00
