to Meihsien, most of the franking on the reverse of cover, Nationalist censor's tape and handstamp (which itself is rare), roughly opened in one corner affecting three stamps, No. 1N26 is a very scarce stamp used, priced only as unused in Scott (at $300.00 each, for a total of $3,000.00), also unusual is that is a an "across-the-lines" cover, from Japanese-occupied Kanlanhu (Kwangtung Province) to Nationalist-occupied Meihsien, correctly franked with $2.00 (counted at three times) to meet the $6.00 letter rate, ex Mizuhara
