Private Perforation Coils, Valuable Holding. Over 350 items, nearly all unused, mostly pairs, but includes some strips, Schermack is the most prevalent, but also solid selections of Brinkerhoff and Mailometer, and representation from other companies, some unlisted such as Kansas City and Wilson roulettes, higher cataloguing items such as No. 320Ad with Schermack Type III perforations in four strips of four and two pairs (all with P.F. certificates), many others cataloguing hundred of dollars each, some duplication, a few covers, and a selection of scarce test coils from various companies, the collection was vetted by a knowledgeable student (James Depew), as the fakes were carefully separated from the rest (the fakes are not included in the lot), fifteen certificates accompany, many Mint N.H., vast majority Fine-Very Fine, a rare opportunity to obtain a large number of the elusive private vending coil stamps at one time
