Approximately 160, including unused 12LU2, two panes of six of 12L2, nice group of illustrated corner card covers from the Bank Note period, ranging from 1870-1914 with a few later, some are for bicycle parts such as handle bars, also includes colorful hand drawn cover of man in a devil suit riding a bicycle with G.B. 1p stamp, wonderful design with 2c 1894-98 Issue showing a bicycle and rider held aloft by balloon from "Grinley's Aerial Circus & Hippodrome", condition generally very nice throughout, Fine-Very Fine and fascinating group tracing the early period of bicycles

Medical Cures Advertising Covers. 24 covers relating to places to go for medical cures, including several with 3c 1851 such as Cleveland Water Cure, Water Cure and Medical College, Dr. Shew's Water Cure, No. 26 with wonderful illustration on back for Pittburg Water Cure and another with illustrated corner card for Round Hill Water Cure, if these don't cure you then there is also a corner card with 1c 1851 for Southern Ohio Lunatic Asylum and two from N.Y. Juvenile Asylum with 3c Rose (65), few faults, overall Fine-Very Fine and attractive group

Medical and Medicine Related Advertising Covers. Approximately 85 items, earliest are three lottery tickets from 1704 and 1713 for the "Hospital de l'Auome" in Lyon, 9X1 on folded letter with great contents describing syphilis "when I first discovered the ravenous little chancres gnawing into the gills of my pecker my heart fell..." (stamp creased from file fold), 1839 folded letter from doctor describing his daily routine, nice range of advertising covers for medical publications, druggists, a pocket inhaler, if none of these work there is one for an undertaker and embalmer, several other interesting such as a treatise on the poison of tobacco on the back of a cover from 1900, also letter signed by Susan B. Anthony with cover bearing 3c 1869 Pictorial addressed in her hand, some faults, many Fine-Very Fine, a fascinating group, if you are a doctor about to retire who is contemplating a new and inexpensive collecting area, then this is for you
