With 2016 P.S.E. certificate (Superb 98 Jumbo; SMQ $3,600.00). Only two have graded higher (one at 100 and one at 100J) and only three others share this desirable grade
4c Trans-Mississippi (287). Original gum, single hinge mark, radiant color, unusually wide and balanced margins, Extremely Fine Gem, with 1993 P.F. and 2016 P.S.E. certificates (OGph, Superb 98 Jumbo; SMQ $1,150.00), this is the highest grade awarded and it is shared by only two others, only one Mint N.H. example has achieved this grade with none higher, so for a collector who values centering this is as good as it gets
