VERY FINE EAST-TO-WEST TRANS-MISSISSIPPI EXPRESS COVER. WESTBOUND COVERS ARE MUCH SCARCER THAN EASTBOUND COVERS.

The Special Routes book states fewer than 50 East-to-West Trans-Mississippi express covers are known -- making them about three-times scarcer than West-to-East covers.
