Nice balance of more than 30 items, mostly imprint and plate no. strips of three with a few plate blocks and some other multiple configurations, covering both unwatermarked and watermarked issues, a number better with Scott Retail up to or more than $500.00 (including No. 274 strip priced at $850.00), original gum with some typical disturbances and also some Mint N.H., a few flaws may be found, Fine group, Scott Retail more than $7,500.00

Hundreds of covers mounted on double-wide exhibit pages from Mr. Brody's ten-frame exhibit of uses of the 1902-03 Issue, covering classification, rates, routes, cancels, UPU mail, U.S. Possessions mail, treaties, mail transportation methods, handling and accountability, control and revenue protection and customer convenience, each topic covered with illustrative examples, the most valuable covers have been removed and offered individually but much of what was in the exhibit remains and tells a thorough story of how this ornately designed early Bureau issue serviced the mails, Very Fine and desirable exhibit balance

Fascinating single-frame 16-page exhibit by Mr. Brody showing a huge range of varieties, largely 1c-2c denominations with 10c Special Delivery and some denominations up to 13c, including plate damage (single gash on 2c from plate 4671), pressmen's initials, transfer varieties, cracks and other damage, inking anomalies, perforation freaks, foldovers, paper and gum varieties and finally color and shade varieties including a 72 stamp 2c Shield color chart, many multiples and some booklet panes are used to demonstrate the range of varieties, just a few valuable items removed, nice condition, Very Fine, an outstanding exhibit which would be difficult to duplicate
