The 15c stamp pays the five-times 3c domestic rate. Robert Markovits recorded only four covers in total (2004 Bennett sale). This cover with a sound and fresh stamp is exceptional

1c-10c Post Office, Cover Balance (O47-O51). 12 covers with single stamps, each value through 10c represented with only half the more common 3c, uses including circular, double-weight circular, drop rate and domestic with double and quadruple rates, registered (which was free to the Post Office Dept.), also one entire (UO17), several styles of Post Office Department corner cards, several with form enclosures, some flaws to be expected but overall a Fine and interesting group
