The Bull's Eye stamps were often affixed to the backs of covers. Examples tied on the face of the cover are much more desirable and scarce.

This cover traveled from Rio de Janeiro to Rio Pardo which is located about 100km to the east of Porto Alegre - a distance of over 1,700km. With 1990 E. Diena (as "sono perfetti") and 2015 Moorhouse certificates.
