1c-30c Agriculture (O1-O9). Original gum, few h.r., 3c barely hinged (if at all), bright colors, few minor imperfections, Fine-Very Fine, better quality than normally seen in a group
2c Agriculture (O2). Block of four with right selvage, original gum, lightly hinged, intense shade, right stamps unusually wide side margins, Very Fine and choice, ex Markovits
2c, 3c Agriculture (O2, O3). Blocks of four, original gum, 2c bottom stamps h.r. and top stamps barely hinged, 3c top left stamp h.r. and others lightly hinged, radiant color, fresh and Fine-Very Fine
3c Agriculture (O3). Bottom left corner imprint and plate no. 57 strip of six, original gum, h.r. where some perf separations reinforced, right stamp reattached, rich color, trivial crease in selvage at left, otherwise Fine and scarce, only five imprint and plate number strips are known, ex Markovits, Scott Retail as singles
2c Agriculture (O2). Deep rich color, tied by fancy segmented cork cancel, "Washington D.C. Mar. 3" (1875) circular datestamp on Official Business cover to "Hon. D. D. Pratt, U.S. Senate", docketing at leftVERY FINE. A CHOICE AND RARE USE OF THE 2-CENT AGRICULTURE ON A LOCALLY ADDRESSED COVER.
The Campbell census in Chronicle 194 (May 2002) lists only six 2c Agriculture covers among 23 intact covers in total for the department (this total does not include wrappers or labels). Daniel Darwin Pratt was a United States Senator from Indiana, serving from 1869 to 1875.

Dec. 25 2 PM 1882" Christmas day duplex datestamp on "Department of Agriculture, Commissioner's Office" imprint cover to paleontologist Othniel Charles Marsh at Yale College in New Haven Conn., receiving backstamp, stamp partly lifted to ascertain hard or soft paperEXTREMELY FINE. PERHAPS THE FINEST OF THE ELEVEN RECORDED 3-CENT AGRICULTURE DEPARTMENT COVERS AND THE LATEST USE OF ANY DENOMINATION.
