May 14, 1862" circular datestamp on red and blue Union Flag Patriotic cover to Camp Chase Prison, Columbus O., cover was then reforwarded to the prison hospital and then again to the "Pest House" which was an area of the prison where severely injured or gravely ill men were brought to die, pencil manuscript "Ex Gray" and "6" indicating barracks, Very Fine, an intriguing cover which tells a fascinating story

Single of Spain 1862 1r Brown on Yellow (59), large balanced margins, tied by "3" in double-circle datestamp with Cadiz Jan. 30 (1862) double-circle datestamp at right on cover with embossed "Union and Constitution" Eagle and Shield with red and blue piping on back, addressed to Havana, Cuba, fresh and Very Fine, rare, very few Union patriotic covers are known originating in Spain, and this might be the only one to Cuba, with 2015 Domenech certificate

Regt., No. 65 on all-over design cancelled at Old Point Comfort with "Due 3" handstamp and second stamp on back, Loyal States all-over design, "One Nation, One Government" (ex Walcott), some faults, many appear Fine-Very Fine

Civil War Union Soldier's Mail. Over 150 covers neatly mounted on hand-written pages filling two albums, much of it is common uses but some better material noticed throughout incl. "G.B.D." handstamp (General Banks Division), Adam Express incl. Soldier's Packages and Memphis Tenn. label, semi-official imprints, Union occupied New Orleans, due markings, ship mail and even Sanitary Commission, some with original enclosures and a few known correspondences, mixed condition but much is Fine or better

U.S. Christian Commission Cover Collection. 65 covers neatly mounted and hand-described in an album, nearly all franked with 3c Rose, others with due markings, wide variety of designs with different imprints incl. carrier pigeon, scroll and corner cards from at least a dozen different Commission branches, we noticed Alexandria Va., Memphis Tenn., Cairo Ill., Milwaukee, Chicago, Pittsburgh, New York, Washington, St. Louis, and others, 10 covers are complete with original enclosures and stationery with some written by soldiers in hospitals in Chattanooga Tenn., Alexandria Va. and Lincoln (Washington), even three covers and letters from a Chaplain to a father about his son being seriously in the head from the Battle of South Side Railroad, an additional 10 Sanitary Commission covers are included as well, Fine appearing and fascinating group of these Civil War relief covers
