New Caledonia Highly Select Unused Collection Balance, 1892-1992. Begins with the Navigation issue onwards and is almost entirely complete with the exception of the Paris-Noumea set, exclusively unused with an additional 1903 Postage Due Issue used, overwhelmingly Mint N.H. with the exception of sets prior to 1930 which is a mix of mostly lightly hinged and Mint N.H., only the 1941 "France Libre" set has the typical tropicalized original gum, incl. Back-of-Book Semi-Postals, Air Posts, Postage Dues and Parcel Post, highly select quality throughout with fantastic centering and overall freshness, the collection having been put together over decades of upgrading down to the more common stamps to find the highest quality obtainable, even incl. nine errors which are Yvert 105a, 110a-111a, 126a-127a, 127b and three 112 vars with inverted, double and one inverted and double inverted surcharges, mostly Very Fine, an incredible collection, Yvert value
