Great Britain Valuable Classics Balance. Housed in mounts on stock cards and original lot cards thru King Edward VII, most of the value in early Victoria Line-Engraved, Embossed and Surface Printed Issues, much of the material unused, both with and without original gum, numerous high cataloguing stamps with some in the many thousands and as high as $8,750.00 (1855 4p Rose on Bluish), some highlights incl. 1854 2p Blue perf 16, 1867-80 1sh and two 2sh, 1883-84 1-1/2p-1sh, 1884 5sh and 10sh, 1902-11 2sh6p-£1 and much more, also with six covers and a Penny Black on large piece, mixed condition as to be expected but much Fine or better, a lot worthy of very close scrutiny as the catalogue value should prove to be enormous

Great Britain Collection. 1840-1998 (pages go to 2001), in three Davo hingeless albums with slipcases, early issues mostly used, but does contain some unused incl. 1841 2p Blue, a few multiples incl. strip of four of 1840 2p Blue, plate number of the 1864 1p incl. plate 225, high values such as 1882 £1 Brown Lilac and 1884 £1 Brown Violet, there is more unused in the 20th Century incl. Seahorses to 10sh and £1 P.U.C., plus a good run of QEII issues incl. phosphor, early issues are in somewhat mixed condition but with Fine-Very Fine appearance, later issues Fine-Very Fine with some Mint N.H.

Great Britain Collection. 1840-1986, in a Davo album, early issues mainly used, incl. three Penny Blacks, high cataloging stamps such as 1878 £1 and four examples of 1884 or 1888 £1 Brown Violet Queen Victoria, a few covers incl. one sent to U.S. and forwarded to France, with U.S. 24c stamp affixed, later used high values, from King George VI on it is practically all unused, with much Mint N.H., no Back-of-Book, early stamps in typical mixed quality, later Fine-Very Fine

Seven, earliest is 1785 to Glasgow, also 1787 to Glasgow with "Liverpool Ship" hs., 1790 to Edinburgh with red crown hs. and "Greenock Ship" straightline, 1790 to Falmouth with crowned circle handstamp, 1799 to Glasgow with partial "Grenada Ship Letter" handstamp, 1813 to London with "Ship Letter DEAL" and Crown in oval handstamp, and 1846 to London with "Grenada Ap 25 1846" circular datestamp on reverse, typical file folds, Fine-Very Fine and scarce group
