Finland Balance. Over a dozen items, most of which were purchased at auctions or mail sales, incl. 1856 10k Rose cancelled solely by a Wiborg handstamp (a couple trivial age stains, signed Bloch and with A.P.S. certificate), 1875 32p Lake used, unused from the 1889-1901 period, all of the Karelia stamps from 1941-43 on first day covers, plus two covers with 50p Aunus overprint, majority Fine-Very Fine

France 19th Century Used Collection. Thousands of stamp laid out in four stockbooks, collected for cancels, shades and other varieties, some stamps are represented by over 100 examples, one stockbooks is dedicated solely to the 1854 20c Blue Napoleon stamp, the higher cataloguing stamps are present, some in modest quantities, there are also several covers and a few unused, the cancels incl. used abroad and other desirable and premium cancels, somewhat mixed condition, but the overall quality is quite better than what is normally encountered, generally Fine-Very Fine appearance, would certainly be useful to a specialist of 19th Century France

Millesimes) and blocks in glassines and on cards, wide mix of unused and used from the First Issue incl. the two different types onwards through the Postage Dues, numerous better items such as 24 examples of the 1899 "Vingt-Cinq" and twelve examples of the additionally surcharged "25" in both used (some on piece) and unused, Scott Nos. 46-48, 53, 55, 67 block, J5a and much more, some duplication present and quite a few signed by noted French experts, some faults to be expected but overall Fine-Very Fine, careful inspection advised as there are a few hidden gems
