Finland 1860-74 Rouletted Stamps. 50 singles, three pairs and four on cover, all were purchased individually, mostly at auctions or mail sales, and selected because they had all rouletted perforations intact, the small number that don't have full perforations all around usually have only one or two short perforations, incl. unused and used stamps, all values represented, with some shade varieties and different perforation types, there will undoubtedly be some imperfections here and there, but overall in vastly superior condition to what is normally encountered, with many choice quality stamps and all with Very Fine appearance, Scott Retail should be close to $20,000.00
