Brookman notes that this is the scarcest shade of the watermarked Bureau issue. With 2008 P.S.E. certificate (VF 80; unpriced in SMQ). This was the first certified by P.S.E. despite the fact that the shade was first listed in Scott Catalogue in 1999. Unpriced in Scott Catalogue
