ATN-03) on brown cover to Madison Ga., Extremely Fine, a rare use of the Official Perforated issue with military office cancel, signed Brian Green, with 1986 P.F. certificate identifying the cancel as Army of Northern Virginia, which we believe is incorrect as records show Stokes with the 40th Georgia Infantry Regiment, which was part of the Army of Tennessee (the two 18mm 7-bar closed circular grid cancels are very similar)
