Nov. 22" circular datestamp on cover to Fredericksburg Va., bold strike of "Held for Postage" circular handstamp, missing top flap, Fine cover and Very Fine strike of this scarce Richmond marking, the cover was probably posted unpaid and held until the sender paid the postage, we have not encountered other examples of this marking on covers with stamps, with 1974 P.F. certificate, C.S.A. Catalogue value for this marking on cover $750.00
