EXTREMELY FINE APPEARING ORIGINAL-GUM EXAMPLE OF THE 15-CENT 1869 PICTORIAL ISSUE.

With 1995 P.F. certificate as sound. With 2009 P.S.E. certificate as reperfed at top. The width of the margins at top and bottom and a match-up of perfs using Photoshop lead us to conclude that this stamp is not reperfed

Sale 1007, Lot 2290, 15c-90c 1869 Pictorial Issue (Scott 118-121a)15c Brown & Blue, Ty. I (118). Brilliant colors, choice centering with Jumbo margins, neat strike of cork cancel at top, Extremely Fine, a huge stamp, this issue is rarely found with such Jumbo margins, with 2010 P.S.E. certificate (VF-XF 85 Jumbo; SMQ $950.00 as 85, $1,600.00 as 90), in our opinion this is undergraded
