Position 17R1L, showing clear sawtooth perforations at sides, gauges approximately 7-1/2 to 8, s.e. at top and bottom, cancelled by "(Wil)mington (Del.) Jul. 25" circular datestamp, note from Wilson Hulme indicates "probably 1852", vertical crease, tears and thin spot, appears Fine, reported by Wilson Hulme to be unique, with 1996 P.F. certificate

Balance of 1851 Issue Unofficial Roulettes Collection. Stockbook containing dozens of items, mostly 3c 1851's, some are imperforates included for reference (from towns where roulettes were used), some are "possible" roulettes which are difficult to tell apart from roughly separated imperforate stamps, a few are clearly rouletted and no doubt very rare, this is a fascinating lot assembled by Mr. Hulme over many years, truly a "must-see" balance lot
