FINE APPEARANCE. THE 1857 REVALUED "5" ON 13-CENT PROVISIONAL IS ONE OF THE SCARCEST AND MOST DESIRABLE HAWAIIAN ISSUES.

Cancelled examples of this issue are scarcer and more valuable than unused (or uncancelled) copies. With 2007 P.F. certificate
