Railroad" straightline handstamp, matching "New-York Oct. 22" circular datestamp, stamp stained at top and cover with some soiling, appears Fine, the Blood's stamp paid for local delivery to the post office in Philadelphia, the straightline and New York markings were applied on arrival at the New York post office, this usage is much scarcer with the 10c 1847, with 2007 P.F. certificate
