VERY FINE APPEARANCE. THIS IS THE ONLY RECORDED PLATE BLOCK OF THE 5-CENT KOSCIUSZKO WITHOUT VERTICAL PERFORATIONS. ONE OF THE MOST DESIRABLE ERROR MULTIPLES OF THE FARLEY ADMINISTRATION.

Datz states that one or two sheets are known, but this is the only plate block recorded. The Scott Catalogue price is based on the example offered here, in the only condition in which it exists.
