THE UNIQUE HAND-DRAWN ESSAY ILLUSTRATING THE UNADOPTED FRAME DESIGN.

No other values of the set are listed in Scott Catalogue showing an unadopted frame. The series was issued with no outer frame ornamentation. Frame ornamentation of a different type was eventually adopted for the later Bureau issues.
