FINE-VERY FINE. A RARE AND COLORFUL FRANKING CONTAINING FOUR EXAMPLES OF THE ONE-CENT IMPERFORATE TYPE IIIA ON A COVER TO GERMANY.

The 20c franking on this cover paid the rate via Bremen Mails. The cover was sent via American Packet, and all 20c was paid to the U.S. German postage was collected from the recipient. With 1987 Rendon certificate.
