Printed frank in brown on legal-size cover with Hawaiian Islands, 1882, 10c Black (40) tied by pinkish red "Wells, Fargo & Co. Honolulu, H.I. Jan. 16, 1884" oval datestamp, unaddressed as are the few known examples of this paste-up express usage, usual glue residue lifted with water, pristine and Very Fine, a similar cover realized $4,000 hammer in our Honolulu Advertiser sale (Part 3, lot 3442)
