N.Y." imprint with number, each is signed by engraver of both the vignette and the frame, beautiful sharp impressions, few have surface scuffs and toned spots (some affecting signatures), a Very Fine and probably unique signed set, Scott Retail for normal (unsigned) set is $12,300.00
