Well-centered, glazed o.g., Extremely Fine, with 1948 P.F. certificate and W.H.C. handstamp; Colson handled many of the original Special Printing sets ordered from the 3rd Asst. PMG Dept., and it is believed by some students of the issue that the presence of a WHC handstamp on the No. 211B indicates a true Special Printing and not the steam press trial stamp
