1c Blue, Ty. IV (9). Nearly complete reconstruction of Right Pane, Plate 1L comprising 90 of the 100 positions. Includes a number of multiples; 96 stamps (a few overlaps), 39 singles, 8 pairs, 10 strips of three, a block of four and block of six. (Both blocks with defects; The block of six with diagonal top corners, the block of four unused, but repaired). Cancels, include towns, grids and ms. and it is generally better than average plating quality with many choice 4-margin singles and multiples. Some are cut into but none are unsightly. A very interesting reconstruction showing a high degree of completeness, yet leaving plenty to interest a student both in acquiring the missing positions and in improving some which may not be up to a high standard
