Aug. 10" circular datestamp on "J. C. Jackson M.D. Water Cure Physician" blue embossed cameo corner card cover to Collings Center N.Y., Very Fine and rare tied use of the Glen Haven stamp, this post carried mail between the watercure resort and the nearest post offices, thereby acting as a supplemental mail service, with 1996 P.F. certificate
