VERY FINE. THIS IS THE SOLE RECORDED EXAMPLE OF COLOMPHIL NO. 2B, THE DOUBLE SURCHARGE, ONE INVERTED - EITHER UNUSED, USED OR ON COVER. A REMARKABLE COLOMBIAN AIR POST SURCHARGE ERROR.
