Fremont dual portraits in frame, Milgram JF-49, on yellow cover to Walpole N.H., same markings struck together again at top center, this was probably an unsealed envelope containing a printed circular (it is sealed now), Extremely Fine, very unusual use of this Fremont campaign design, the Keene N.H. postmaster must have felt about John & Jessie the way some people feel about Bill & Hillary
