THIS UNCANCELLED STAMP IS THE BASIS OF THE SCOTT CATALOGUE LISTING FOR AN UNUSED ALEXANDRIA PROVISIONAL. ONE OF THE GREAT RARITIES OF UNITED STATES PHILATELY AND OFFERED AT AUCTION FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE THE 1922 FERRARY SALE.
