VERY FINE AND CHOICE. A RARE ORIGINAL-GUM STRIP OF FOUR OF THE ONE-CENT WITH ATTLEBORO PERFORATIONS, WHICH SHOWS THE PERFORATIONS INVERTED. THIS MULTIPLE SHOWING THE GUIDE LINE IS UNIQUE.

The inverted perforations were caused by feeding the stamps into the machine in the wrong direction. This resulted in the notch appearing at the top of the stamps instead of at the bottom. Steven Belasco records eleven stamps in total.
