AN EXCEEDINGLY DIFFICULT STAMP TO FIND WITH ANYTHING APPROACHING EXTREMELY FINE CENTERING.
With 1995 (as Mint N.H.) and 2006 P.F. certificates (VF-XF 85). By way of comparison, the P.S.E. Population Report does not list an example graded above VF 80 in any gum condition
