Jumbo margins, rich color on bright paper, bold strike of New York numeral oval cancel, rounded corner perf at bottom left called "short perf" on accompanying P.S.E. certificate, still Extremely Fine, this is a very difficult shade to obtain in this choice high-grade condition, with clear 1999 and 2006 P.F. certificates, with 2011 P.S.E. certificate (XF 90 Jumbo; SMQ $390.00 as 90, $1,200.00 as 95), this is the highest grade awarded and it is shared by no others
